On June 12, 2025, Air India Flight AI171, bound from Ahmedabad to London, met with a devastating accident just seconds after takeoff. The crash claimed the lives of 260 people — 19 of whom were on the ground.
The tragedy was horrifying. But even more disturbing was the media’s reaction — both foreign and domestic.

👉 Distorting the Truth, Ignoring the Evidence

The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) of India released its preliminary report, which revealed that the crash was due to a severe technical failure, not human error:
Both engines stopped working just after the aircraft reached takeoff speed.
The fuel cutoff switches automatically shifted from “RUN” to “CUTOFF”, cutting fuel supply to the engines.
The Ram Air Turbine (RAT) activated — indicating a complete power and engine failure.
The report clearly ruled out any bird strike or pilot error.
The cockpit voice recorder even caught the pilots reacting in shock, asking each other: “Why did you shut it off?” — “I didn’t!”
The pilots immediately tried to restart the engines by switching the fuel back to “RUN”. Engine 1 restarted momentarily. Engine 2 remained unresponsive.
Critically, the report also referenced an FAA advisory about a fuel lock issue in Boeing 787 aircrafts — a known technical fault that had been flagged before.

🤯 But What Did the Media Do?

>Despite these clear findings, global media outlets like BBC, Reuters, and Daily Mail quickly rushed to blame the pilots — distorting the report and ignoring crucial evidence.

>They twisted the facts to suggest that the co-pilot questioned the captain about shutting off the fuel — deliberately implying negligence, even though both pilots had denied doing so.

> Meanwhile, India’s own anti-Hindu, anti-national media ecosystem — left-liberals, opposition leaders, and social media propagandists — joined in, repeating the same tired script:

“Modi government’s failure”
“Negligence by Air India”
“Pilot incompetence”
“India’s aviation system is unsafe”

🧨 But What Was the Real Agenda?

This wasn’t about justice or transparency. This was part of a larger political agenda:

To blame Prime Minister Modi and his government for everything —

>To erode public trust in Indian institutions —
>To create panic and shame —
>And to protect powerful Western interests like Boeing, at the cost of Indian lives.

The silence over FAA’s prior warnings and Boeing’s flawed aircraft design is no accident.
By blaming the pilots — who died trying to save lives — these media outlets have shown they care more about headlines than truth.
