Are terrorist networks infiltrating India’s educational institutions?
🔷 1. Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan: Dismissed for Terror Links — Yet Appointed as Professor!
- In November 2023, the J&K LG administration dismissed Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan, Assistant Professor at Shri Maharaja Hari Singh Hospital, Srinagar.
- The reason: Direct involvement in terror-linked activities.
- He was also the President of the Doctors Association of Kashmir, and his name had appeared multiple times in media reports regarding anti-India activities.
- Shockingly, within months of his dismissal, he resurfaced in Al-Falah University, Faridabad, where he was immediately appointed as a Professor in the Medical College.
- This raises serious questions: Did the University not know who he was?
- Did they not conduct even a basic background check? This is impossible to believe.
🔷 2. No Background Check — Or Deliberate Negligence?
Even the smallest private institution today performs:
- Police verification
- Document authentication
- Reference checks even for a low level job.
Then how did a major university appoint someone as a Medical Professor— a person who was dismissed due to terror involvement?
🔸 It is absurd to claim they “didn’t know.”
- The case was widely reported in the national media.
- Nisar was a well-known figure in Kashmir’s medical circle.
- His dismissal was not some minor departmental action — it was a national security event.
This leads to one logical conclusion that Al-Falah University knowingly overlooked his terror background and appointed him anyway.
🔷 3. Links With Terrorists — And Now Missing After the Delhi Blast
New revelations show:
- After the recent Delhi blast, Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan has gone missing.
- His links with known terrorists Muzammil, Umar, and Shaheen Saeed have emerged.
- Security agencies are actively searching for him across multiple states.
- This was not just an “academic hire.” This was the placement of a terror-linked individual inside a major Indian university, allowing him access to:
>Students
> Infrastructure
> Resources
> Networks
This is a serious national security breach.
🔷 4. Al-Falah University’s Defense — And the Vice Chancellor’s Suspicious Statement
The Vice Chancellor of Al-Falah University, Dr. Bhupinder Kaur Anand, issued a statement today claiming:
- “The University has no connection with any terrorists.”
- “The government is defaming our institution deliberately.”
This defense raises even bigger questions.
🔸 How is it possible that under her nose:
- A terror-linked doctor worked for months,
- A suspected module operated freely,
- Visitors and contacts went unnoticed, and the Vice Chancellor had no idea?
That is impossible.
👉 Investigating agencies must interrogate the VC and hiring committee first.
This is not a case of “administrative oversight”— this looks like the tip of a much larger terror network.
🔷 5. This is Not an Isolated Case — An Entire Ecosystem Is at Work
Across India:
- Certain private institutions,
- Certain NGOs,
- Left-Islamist coalitions,
- And foreign-funded networks
- Are attempting to turn universities into breeding grounds for radicalisation and urban terrorism.
Institutions like Al-Falah appear to be part of this ecosystem, which uses:
- The mask of “secularism,”
- The shield of “minority rights,”
- The rhetoric of “human rights,”
to protect and embed anti-India elements.
🔷 6. A Major National Security Threat — Urgent Action Required
This is not merely an appointment scam. It is a sophisticated terror infiltration attempt.
Necessary actions:
- Full investigation of Al-Falah University’s funding sources
- Complete background verification of all staff
- Detailed questioning of VC, HR, and management
- Mapping the entire terror module operating within the campus
- Considering suspension or cancellation of University license
If this case is not dealt with firmly, it will set a dangerous precedent for similar networks to grow.
🔷 7. A Larger Question — Are Our Universities Truly Safe?
This case forces every Indian to ask:
- Are our educational institutions being infiltrated by terrorists?
- Are we unknowingly nurturing radicalised individuals inside campuses?
- Are universities becoming incubation centers for anti-India elements?
- This is not just a law & order issue. This is a national survival issue.
India must remain vigilant.
🔷 8. This Is Not About One University, But an Entire Network
Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan is not an isolated actor. His case exposes a deep nexus involving:
- Islamist networks
- Left-liberal shields
- Questionable educational institutions
- Foreign-funded influence systems
- The roots are deep, and the trail will not stop here.
- In the coming days, many more names will likely emerge.
