- Because in Bharat, convicted politicians and criminals roam free, enjoying bail, contesting elections, and mocking the justice system.
This isn’t just irony. It’s the bitter truth that exposes how Bharat’s judiciary and political system often protect criminals instead of punishing them.
2. India’s Judicial Weakness – A Boon for Criminals
Bharat today is full of traitors, corrupt politicians, jihadis, terrorists, and criminals who get undue political and judicial protection.

- Lalu Prasad Yadav – convicted in fodder scams, yet free on bail and still influencing politics.

When Modi took charge in 2014, Bharat was nearly broke. The Congress-led governments had looted the nation through one scam after another:

- Commonwealth Games Scam (₹70,000 crore) – global embarrassment.

The money used for this development was the same that Congress and opposition earlier looted.

Judicial Reforms:

- Strict bail rules for convicted criminals.
- Maximum 2-year trial period for political scams.
Political Reforms:
- Permanent ban on convicted leaders contesting elections.
- Disqualification of parties shielding criminals and terrorists.
