Constitution Saviors or Court Frequenters?

One is a convicted criminal.
The other is a scam-tainted politician on bail.
Yet, both roam across India, pretending to be the saviors of the Constitution.
Yes, we are talking about Rahul Gandhi and Lalu Prasad Yadav.

But before analyzing their latest hypocrisy, we must face a harsh truth: Since the day Congress was taken over by the Nehru–Gandhi family, morality, ethics, and honesty have had no place in the party.

Their guiding principle is simple:

Whatever benefits the dynasty is “law.”
Whatever hurts them is a “crime.”

They have strangled democracy and mocked the Constitution more than a hundred times, always twisting it to suit their own chair, their family, and their survival — never for Bharat and its people.

⚖️ Rahul Gandhi – A Walking Contradiction

Rahul Gandhi projects himself as a crusader against corruption. But his record exposes him as a serial hypocrite:

In 2013, Rahul Gandhi publicly tore up an ordinance passed by his own party’s government. That ordinance would have saved convicted leaders from losing their seats. Ironically, it was meant to protect Lalu Yadav! At that time, Rahul pretended to be moral.
Fast forward to 2025: Rahul himself was convicted in a defamation case and sentenced to 2 years, disqualified from the Lok Sabha, and is now surviving only because the Supreme Court stayed the conviction.
In July 2025, a Lucknow court granted him bail after he defamed India’s armed forces in a public speech.
He continues to face multiple other criminal cases and is on bail in many of them.

👉 The same Rahul who claimed politics should be free of criminals is today thriving in politics only because of bail and court stays.

🐂 Lalu Yadav – Scam as a Family Business

If there is one name synonymous with scams, it is Lalu Prasad Yadav.

The fodder scam, the land-for-jobs scam, and multiple cases of corruption have defined his political career.
He has spent years in jail, comes out on bail citing “ill health,” and then returns to politics as if nothing happened.
Even in 2025, he managed to secure bail, but the CBI has challenged it in higher courts.
His entire family is embroiled in scams. His son Tejashwi Yadav, projected as his heir, is also battling corruption charges. For the Yadav clan, politics is not public service — it is a corruption business empire.

👉 Yet, this very Lalu talks about “saving the Constitution.” The irony could not be bigger.

🏛️ The Constitution Amendment Bill, 2025 – True Reform, Fake Opposition

The Modi government brought a historic Constitutional Amendment Bill in 2025.

It states:

If the PM, CM, or any minister is convicted and jailed, or remains in custody for 30 days, he/she will automatically be removed from office.
The reasoning is simple: India cannot be governed from behind bars.
But the opposition panicked. Rahul Gandhi opposed it. Lalu opposed it. The entire opposition screamed “attack on democracy.”

👉 But why? If their cases are false, courts will grant them relief. But if they are guilty, should they continue ruling from jail cells?

🚨 Congress: A Serial Offender Against Democracy

Congress shouting about “saving democracy” is the biggest joke in history. Since Nehru, they have been the greatest violators of democracy.

Here’s a quick timeline of Congress’s betrayals of the Constitution:

1950s–60s: Nehru misused Article 356 to repeatedly dismiss elected state governments.
1975: Indira Gandhi declared Emergency, suspending civil liberties, jailing opposition leaders, muzzling media, and amending the Constitution to keep herself in power after the Allahabad HC disqualified her election.
1985: Rajiv Gandhi overturned the Supreme Court’s Shah Bano judgment to appease Muslim vote banks, undermining women’s rights and judicial authority.
1990s–2000s: Congress repeatedly blocked anti-corruption bills and transparency reforms to shield its dynasty.
2010s: Scam after scam — 2G, CWG, Coal scam — drained the nation’s wealth while common Indians suffered.

👉 This is the real “Congress culture” — strangling democracy whenever it threatens their chair.

🔥 Hypocrisy in 2025

Today, Indians see the absurdity:

Rahul Gandhi, convicted and on bail, claims to protect the Constitution.
Lalu Yadav, scam-tainted and discredited, speaks of democracy.
Congress, the serial violator of democracy, pretends to be its guardian.

Meanwhile, Modi’s government is strengthening democracy by ensuring no minister can rule from jail.

⚔️ Internal Enemies and Their Global Backers

Let us not forget — these internal enemies are supported by powerful external forces:

International NGOs,
The global “deep state,”
Jihadi and terror organizations.

Their goal is to destabilize Bharat’s rise, stop its economic and military growth, and create chaos in society.

👉 Modi and his team are crushing external enemies through military and economic warfare. But the fight against internal enemies — embedded within our politics, judiciary, media, and society — requires our full, unwavering support, both politically and socially.

Brothers and sisters, ask yourself:

Do you want convicted dynasts and scamsters to keep fooling you in the name of Constitution?
Or do you want a Bharat where the Constitution is respected, democracy is clean, and no family is above the nation?
