Double standards in implementation of Law and Justice
Today, the double standards in the enforcement of law and justice are clearly visible in our country. This discrimination is fueling unrest and disorder in society. It’s time for justice to be applied equally to all.
MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey’s statement may seem sharp at first glance, but when renowned scientist and thinker Anand Ranganathan raised Ten serious questions about the Supreme Court’s conduct, it became evident that this is not just an electoral battle – it is a struggle for faith, identity, and the very soul of the nation.
For over six decades under Congress-dominated rule, the pillars of our democracy – the legislature, judiciary, and bureaucracy – have been deeply influenced and corrupted by dynastic politics, favoritism, dishonesty, Muslim appeasement, and anti-national agendas.
Integrity was replaced by sycophancy, merit gave way to dynasty, and nationalism was buried under pseudo-secularism.
Is this justice?
- No hearings on the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus, but immediate hearings for petitions filed by anti-national or separatist elements.
- Hindu temples are controlled by the government, yet the Waqf Board holds over 6 lakh acres of land with no transparency or accountability.
- Hindu festivals are targeted under the guise of environmentalism, but violent or unconstitutional practices of other religions are ignored.
- The judiciary interferes in Hindu traditions like Sabarimala, but remains silent on gender inequality in mosques and churches.
This is not just double standards – this is a systematic attack on Hindu identity and culture.
But the winds of change have begun…
In the last 10 years under Prime Minister Modi, a new India has taken shape:
- Strong action against corruption,
- Transparency through digitalization,
- Direct benefit transfer through JAM (Jan Dhan, Aadhaar, Mobile),
- Concrete solutions for poverty, unemployment, and inequality,
- Revival of industry, infrastructure, and assertive foreign policy,
- And most importantly – national interest over Muslim appeasement or vote bank politics.
Today, India is:
- The 5th largest economy in the world,
- The fastest-growing major economy,
- A preferred destination for global investors,
- A confident and assertive voice on global platforms,
- Becoming self-reliant in defense and digital technology,
And capable of standing up to hostile nations like Pakistan and China.
But the danger is far from over…
Forces that want to break India – the tukde-tukde gang, radical Islamists, anti-India global lobbies, and internal left-liberal cabals – are still active.
Their sole agenda is to remove Modi so they can drag India back into the swamp of corruption, appeasement, dynastic politics, and national decay.
They want to turn India into another Lebanon, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Afghanistan –
Where religion dictates politics, law is powerless, and the people are crushed under chaos and violence.
Now is the moment of final decision…
What kind of India do you want?
- A strong, secure, self-reliant, and globally respected India
- Or a divided, unstable, and appeasement-driven India?
To make India a global superpower, we must unite and wholeheartedly support Modiji and nationalist forces.
Now is the time to rise above caste, region, language, and personal differences and stand firm for national interest and Sanatana Dharma.
This is the moment – “Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached!” – Swami Vivekananda
