Dual Strategy: Ending Terrorism & Empowering Muslims

A Dual Strategy for World Protection

Today, the world stands at a critical crossroads where, if we do not eradicate the issues of jihad and terrorism in time, this fire could engulf not only India but the entire world. In such a situation, an effective dual strategy—complete destruction of terrorism and the humanization and empowerment of the Muslim community—is the only way to lead the world onto a safe path.

🎯 Objective 1: Complete Eradication of Jihad and Terrorism

1.1 The True Face of Terrorism:

  • Radical Islamist and jihadist organizations lure poor, uneducated, and marginalized Muslims—especially from countries in South Asia, the Middle East, and parts of Europe—by offering them a false “purpose” (maksad).
  • These youth are pampered with money, brainwashed, and turned into cheap human weapons in the name of religion and jihad.

1.2 Global Patterns:

  • In Pakistan, terrorist training camps and ISI-backed proxy wars against India are still active.
  • Syria and Afghanistan have become breeding grounds for globally exported terrorism.
  • Groups like Boko Haram in Nigeria and Al-Shabaab in Somalia are indoctrinating children into jihad.
  • In France, Belgium, and Germany, some Muslim immigrant communities have turned into radicalized pockets, separated from mainstream society.

1.3 The Solution:

  • Formation of a Global Anti-Terror Coalition under the UN to lead coordinated crackdowns.
  • Control and audit of funding for radical NGOs, madrassas, and online extremist content.
  • Launching diplomatic, economic, and cyber-level attacks on the ecosystem of terrorism worldwide.

🎯 Objective 2: Rebuilding the Muslim Community with Education, Humanity, and Morality

2.1 Reform in Education and Mindset:

  • The education provided in many radical madrassas is outdated and extremist in nature.
  • Muslim children must be exposed to modern education, civic values, science, and ethical thinking.
  • A shift from “religion first” to “humanity first” is essential.

2.2 Societal Challenges:

  • Practices like polygamy and uncontrolled population growth create:
  • Economic stress on families.
  • Poor upbringing of children.

Lack of education, leading to fertile ground for radicalization.

2.3 The Way Forward:

  • Encourage dialogue with moderate religious leaders to support population control and educational reform.
  • Empower Muslim women through education, employment, and leadership roles.
  • Government schemes should actively promote and uplift the liberal, educated, and nationalist population segment.

🏛️ The Waqf Amendment Bill – A Sign of Changing Muslim Mindset

l  The recent debate and passage of the Waqf Amendment Bill in both houses of Parliament has sparked an awakening.

  • Many educated Muslims and Islamic scholars are beginning to realize that if they truly want to succeed in life:
  • They must discard jihadist, separatist, and extremist ideologies.
  • They need to blend with the Indian mainstream and global communities to live a meaningful, peaceful life.

➡️ This is a positive sign of a shifting mindset among India’s Muslim youth and intellectuals.
➡️ They must now come forward to support Prime Minister Modi’s development model that focuses on progress for all.

🤝 Engaging with Moderate and Peaceful Muslims

This war is not against Islam, but against those who use Islam as a weapon.

  • We must protect and support peace-loving Muslims who:
  • Stand against jihad and terrorism,
  • Believe in humanity, coexistence, and progress.

Examples:

  • Many Muslims in the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh have spoken up openly against jihadist ideologies.
  • UAE has reformed many madrassas to introduce modern, moderate education.
  • Indonesia has passed laws to curb religious extremism.

🌐 Need for a Global Joint Mission

  • Just like the world came together to defeat ISIS, now is the time to:
  • Unite against all forms of jihadist terrorism,
  • Launch joint military, diplomatic, ideological, and digital operations to destroy terror networks at their roots.

However, utmost care must be taken:

  • That innocent and peace-loving Muslims are not victimized in the process.

This fight must be won with humanity, justice, and strategic intelligence.

This is not just a fight against terrorism — it is a test of human civilization.
We must not only crush jihadist ideologies but also:

  • Uplift the Muslim youth through education, empowerment, and ethical living.
  • Promote the Modi Model of Inclusive Development as the long-term path to harmony.

The Dual Strategy for world protection emphasizes two key goals: ending terrorism and empowering the Muslim community through inclusive development.

Only then can we build a world:

  • Free of terror,
  • Full of opportunity,
  • And truly united in peace.
