Radical Islamist and jihadist organizations lure poor, uneducated, and marginalized Muslims—especially from countries in South Asia, the Middle East, and parts of Europe—by offering them a false “purpose” (maksad).
These youth are pampered with money, brainwashed, and turned into cheap human weapons in the name of religion and jihad.

1.2 Global Patterns:

In Pakistan, terrorist training camps and ISI-backed proxy wars against India are still active.
Syria and Afghanistan have become breeding grounds for globally exported terrorism.
Groups like Boko Haram in Nigeria and Al-Shabaab in Somalia are indoctrinating children into jihad.
In France, Belgium, and Germany, some Muslim immigrant communities have turned into radicalized pockets, separated from mainstream society.

1.3 The Solution:

Formation of a Global Anti-Terror Coalition under the UN to lead coordinated crackdowns.
Control and audit of funding for radical NGOs, madrassas, and online extremist content.
Launching diplomatic, economic, and cyber-level attacks on the ecosystem of terrorism worldwide.
