✨ A Dream… More Real Than Reality
Last night, I had a dream…
- I had died.
- A strange calmness surrounded me — no pain, no attachments. It felt as if I had entered a new realm.
- Suddenly, a radiant being appeared before me — a divine messenger of Yama. With folded hands, he said, “Your time on Earth is over. Please come with me.”
- I was startled. But he assured me with a smile, “You’ve done some good deeds in life. You are being taken to heaven.”
🏰 The Gates of Heaven and Lord Indra’s Welcome
- As I approached the gates of Swarga (heaven), I saw a majestic light, and there stood Lord Indra, the king of heaven, smiling at me.
- He noticed the heavy bag in my hands and asked,
“What have you brought with you?” - Proudly, I replied,
“This is my life’s earnings — five crore rupees!” - He looked at me with compassion and said,
“Please deposit your bag in locker number BRP-16011966.” - Obediently, I placed the bag inside, feeling satisfied.
🛍️ The Market of Heaven – And A Shocking Truth
- After some rest in my heavenly room, I stepped out into the celestial market of Devaloka.
- What I saw amazed me — magical herbs, divine clothes, luminous jewels, celestial music, and fragrances that cannot be described.
- Eagerly, I picked up some items, walked to the counter, and pulled out crisp ₹2000 notes.
- The divine cashier smiled gently and said:
“This currency is not valid here.”
I was stunned.
- “What do you mean!?”
😟 A Harsh Reality
- Panicked, I rushed back to Lord Indra and cried out,
“Is my life’s hard-earned wealth worthless here?” - He looked into my eyes and replied gravely:
- “The currency of Earth holds no value here.
Only one thing works in heaven — ‘Punya’ (Good Deeds).
- Here, Jamsetji Tata’s ₹55,000 crores are lying untouched,
Birla Ji’s billions, Dhirubhai Ambani’s dollars — all are just dust in heaven.”
📿 So What Works Here…?
“If you ever…
- Fed a hungry soul,
- Wiped the tears of someone in pain,
- Helped a poor girl get married,
- Educated an orphan,
- Rehabilitated an addict,
- Donated to a temple, old-age home or a school…
Such selfless acts become your heavenly wealth.”
- Those who perform such good deeds are issued a
‘Credit Card of Good Karma’ in heaven. - And through that, they enjoy the pleasures of heaven.”
😢 Regret & Realization
I broke down, sobbing… “O God, what have I done?
- I ignored my parents to earn money,
- Neglected my wife’s health,
- Didn’t raise my children well,
- Turned my back on family and friends,
- Just kept chasing wealth…”
- “All those sleepless nights, All the sacrifices… And now… it’s all useless?”
I pleaded with Lord Indra,
- “Please, give me one more chance…
Let me go back and earn the wealth that matters here!” - He looked at me with compassion, and finally said — “Tathastu” (So be it).
🌅 Awakening: A New Dawn of Awareness
- I woke up with a jolt.
- I was back in my bed.
But my mind and soul had entered a new awareness. - I now knew the truth:
✅ Life is an opportunity
✅ Money is important — but not enough
✅ The only true wealth is good karma, which follows you after death
📿 My Resolution from That Day Onward
☑ I will serve my parents
☑ Help the poor and needy
☑ Educate underprivileged children
☑ Support those in pain
☑ Devote myself to dharma and seva (selfless service)
☑ And earn the wealth that never dies with the body
🌟 And Now, A Question for You:
- Are you spending your whole life earning only what will be left behind after death?
- Or are you also earning the wealth that will go beyond this life?
The time is now. Awaken, understand, and earn the only currency that truly matters.
