India’s judicial system

India’s Judicial System – Nation’s Protector or Shield for Traitors?

🔹 Introduction – Justice or the Misuse of Justice?

  • India’s judicial system, regarded as the fourth pillar of democracy, was created to safeguard national security, ensure justice, equality, and public welfare.
  • However, today this very system often seems to act as the protector of terrorists, jihadists, anti-national elements, and corrupt individuals rather than as the guardian of national integrity.
  • The question arises — Has our judiciary become a shield for anti-nationals instead of a sword for national defense?

🔹 1. Judicial Inaction and Double Standards

  • When it comes to terrorists, separatists, or jihadists, the courts suddenly invoke “human rights” and “constitutional morality.”
  • But when innocent Hindu youths are falsely framed in cases like “Hindu terror,” “mob lynching,” or “love jihad”, the same judiciary turns silent.
  • Judicial delays often end up benefiting terrorists — whether it was Afzal Guru, Yakub Memon, or the Popular Front of India (PFI) operatives.
  • This delay is not just the death of justice but a deep wound to the nation’s soul.

🔹 2. Injustice Against Hindus in the Name of Secularism

  • The interpretation of “secularism” by courts has become one-sided and biased.
  • Hindu temples and religious institutions are under strict government control, yet mosques and churches enjoy full autonomy.
  • Temple revenues are taken over by the state, while no such interference exists for madrassas or churches.
  • The judiciary has never questioned why “equality before law” doesn’t apply equally to all religions.

🔹 3. Leniency Toward Terrorists and Traitors

  • Whenever a terrorist or Maoist is punished, so-called “human rights activists” and “secular lobbies” rush to the court to defend them.
  • Sympathy is shown to those guilty of heinous crimes, while soldiers and patriots are labeled as “extremists.”
  • This is the same mentality that tried to glorify Afzal Guru and Yakub Memon as “martyrs.”

🔹 4. External and Internal Pressure – The Weakening Judiciary

  • Today, the judiciary is visibly influenced by foreign-funded NGOs, leftist lobbies, and Western institutions.
  • Some “liberal” judges seem more motivated by politics and ideology than by justice or nationalism.
  • Hence, whenever the government introduces nation-centric policies like CAA, NRC, UCC, or Ram Mandir construction, immediate petitions are filed and cases drag on for years.
  • The question must be asked — Is the judiciary working for the nation or bending under pressure from anti-India forces?

🔹 5. The BJP Government’s Greatest Challenge

  • The current BJP government faces two major fronts:
1️⃣ External Front – China, Pakistan, Western lobbies, and global propaganda networks.
2️⃣ Internal Front – Opposition alliance, biased media, and left-leaning judiciary factions.
  • Every time the judiciary blocks reforms or delays key decisions, the government’s focus diverts from development and security.
  • Therefore, strong support from Hindutva organizations, spiritual institutions, and the entire Hindu community is essential to help the government overcome internal challenges and focus on external threats — to make India one of the top three global superpowers.

🔹 6. The Time of Dharma Yudh – Justice vs. Injustice

  • Today’s India resembles the era of the Mahabharata:
  • Pandavas represent the patriots, nationalists, and defenders of Dharma.
  • Kauravas represent the corrupt, greedy, anti-national ecosystem misusing institutions for personal and political gain.
  • Just as the Pandavas had Lord Krishna to guide them, today Bharat needs a modern Krishna — a leader who can awaken, unite, and guide the Sanatani forces to victory.
  • It is time to shed misplaced notions of “brotherhood” and “ahimsa” (non-violence) that apply only to ethical and rational people — not to those who destroy nations through deceit and treachery.
  • The Pandavas must awaken and prepare for this struggle using Saam, Daam, Dand, Bhed — and if required, Chaal (strategy) — to ensure the victory of Dharma over Adharma.
  • The stage is set for a modern Mahabharata — the Kauravas are ready, but the Pandavas must act decisively to protect Dharma, Bharat, and the Sanatani civilization.

🔹 7. Reuniting Justice with National Dharma

The time has come to realign India’s judiciary with the spirit of Rashtra Dharma (national duty).

The judiciary must stand for the security of citizens, not for the protection of criminals and terrorists.

True justice is not confined to legal interpretations only  — it lies in serving the nation, upholding Dharma, and protecting the people

When justice, policy, and Dharma stand united, Bharat will once again emerge as Vishwaguru — the moral and spiritual leader of the world.

🇮🇳 Jai Bharat, Vandematram 🇮🇳

We have undertaken a focused initiative to raise awareness among Hindus regarding the challenges currently confronting us as a community, our Hindu religion, and our Hindu nation, and to deeply understand the potential consequences of these issues. Through this awareness, Hindus will come to realize the underlying causes of these problems, identify the factors and entities contributing to them, and explore the solutions available. Equally essential, they will learn the critical role they can play in actively addressing these challenges
