📌 Declining Credibility of the Judiciary: When ‘My Lord’ Becomes ‘My Dictator’
- The judiciary in India is meant to uphold justice, protect the Constitution, and ensure equal rights. But today, this institution is overstepping its boundaries, increasingly trying to control democracy itself.
- In America, a judge who tried to prevent the arrest of an illegal immigrant was arrested right in the courtroom.
- But in India, a judge who granted parole to a drug lord caught with ₹600 crore worth of cocaine is revered, not questioned.
Is this the “Rule of Law” or “Rule by Judicial Elites”
⚖️ Judiciary – Or a New Political Center?
Recent judgments reveal how the judiciary is deeply influenced by political and ideological biases:
- Sound bans on Hindu festivals,
- State control over Hindu temples,
- While the Waqf Board enjoys unchecked privileges with zero accountability.
❗ Blatant Double Standards:
- Hindu trusts are regulated and audited.
- Waqf Boards, however, get government protection, land grants, and immunity from scrutiny.
- Waqf properties are even considered “beyond questioning” – no RTI, no audit.
🕌 Waqf Board: A Parallel Islamic State Within India?
- The Waqf Board controls over 800,000 acres of land – almost the size of Goa or Delhi.
- These properties include mosques, madrasas, malls, and private assets.
- They don’t pay tax, yet receive donations and subsidies.
➡️ Hindu temples are taxed annually in crores, but the Waqf Board gets subsidies, exemptions, and political silence.
💰 Judiciary, Corruption, and Hypocrisy
- Several high-profile judges have been accused of corruption, favoritism, and casteist behavior.
- Even a former Chief Justice faced serious allegations of sexual misconduct and political favoritism.
- Yet, these were all buried under the excuse of “in-house probes” with zero transparency.
📚 Lessons from History: Repeated Betrayals by Muslim Soldiers and Citizens
There are countless historical incidents of betrayal by Muslims, both within the Indian army and civilian sphere:
🛡️1947 – Gorkha Battalion MassacreMuslim soldiers killed their own Gorkha brothers in cold blood.
- Captain Raghubir Singh Thapa was burned alive.
- Nehru buried the entire incident to avoid “communal tensions.”
🛡️1965 – Betrayal by Muslim Regiment
- Around 30,000 Muslim soldiers refused to fight against Pakistan and instead defected to support the enemy.
- PM Lal Bahadur Shastri had to dissolve the Muslim Regiment.
🛡️Present Day – From Shaheen Bagh to Ram Navami riots,
- Radical Muslim groups blatantly insult the Constitution, law, and Hindu faith, with near impunity.
🧠 Ask Yourself – Is This Real Secularism?
Is it justice when:
- Hindu flags are banned, But Islamic slogans are shouted openly, and no one dares question?
- Is it secularism when: In a nation with 80% Hindus, Every law, policy, and judgment was shaped to appease Muslims?
🚩 What’s the Way Forward?
- Enact strong laws for judicial accountability.
- Bring Waqf Board under audit and RTI.
- Implement Uniform Temple and Religious Property Laws.
- Strengthen and unite the Hindu society to protect Sanatana Dharma.
- Reassert Parliamentary supremacy – democracy should not bow to “judgeocracy.”
🔊 This is no longer just a fight for justice – it’s a fight for survival.
- If Hindus don’t wake up now, the judiciary, political appeasement, and radical Islam will slowly convert India into “another Pakistan.”
