Judiciary: Nation’s Shield or Barrier? Lessons from Sanatana

Judiciary

  • The soul of India is Sanatana Dharma. Whenever Sanatana was attacked, India became weak. Whenever Sanatana and Judiciary revived, India rose as Vishwaguru again.
  • Today, India’s biggest obstacle is not external enemies, but an internal weakness – the judiciary’s delays, appeasement, Vote-bank politics and lack of nationalist vision.

Lessons from History – Justice and Anti-National Betrayals

  • Ram Mandir became a reality as the government and court took the matter seriously.
  • Kashi & Mathura: Temples were destroyed by invaders, mosques were raised in their place. If the rulers and courts had defended Dharma and heritage, our civilization would have been secure.
  • Kashmir: The massacre and exodus of Kashmiri Pandits happened while courts and institutions remained silent.
  • Somnath Temple: Repeatedly destroyed with no legal or institutional protection for Sanatana heritage.
  • Pakistan & Bangladesh: Hindus were wiped out because justice and governance bowed before Islamic fanaticism.

👉 The question is – do we want this history to repeat itself in India?

Judiciary and Malicious Petitions

Today, the real challenge before the judiciary is this:

Anti-national NGOs and fake activists, often funded by foreign lobbies, file malicious petitions to block nation-building projects like CAA, NRC, Kashi-Mathura, Ram Mandir, Central Vista.

Behind these petitions lies a clear agenda:

  • To halt India’s progress.
  • To suppress the Hindu community.
  • To protect vote-bank politics.
  • To serve foreign and global deep-state interests.

👉 If courts continue entertaining such petitions, they are not serving justice but strenthening the anti-national forces.

The True Role of Judiciary

The sacred duty of the judiciary is to safeguard the nation’s interests and support its development.

Judiciary must realize that:

  • Every development plan is meant for national growth.
  • Every malicious petition against these plans is an act of betrayal.
  • Justice is not only about individual rights, but also about defending the nation and protecting Sanatana Dharma.

👉 Safeguarding Bharat and Sanatana Dharma is inseparable from the duty of the judiciary.

How to Accelerate Justice

  • Reject unnecessary and malicious petitions outright.
  • Punish those who repeatedly file anti-national petitions.
  • Ensure time-bound hearings for genuine cases.
  • Assist in the smooth and fast implementation of government’s nation-building projects.

An Emotional Lens

  • If the Ram Mandir verdict had not come with courage, would Ayodhya ever regain its glory?
  • If Kashi and Mathura cases are blocked forever, can Hindus ever safeguard their sacred spaces?
  • If timely justice had been delivered in Kashmir, would lakhs of Hindus be refugees in their own land?

👉 The judiciary must understand: every delay, every malicious petition, is a strike against Sanatana and Bharat’s very existence.

National Call

  • India needs a judiciary that places nation first and Sanatana Dharma at its heart.
  • Judiciary must become a partner in progress, not an obstacle.
  • Nationalists must create awareness and demand that courts stop being influenced by foreign-funded activists and vote-bank politics.

India will become Vishwaguru only when the judiciary:

  • Places national interest above all,
  • Blocks malicious petitions,
  • And plays an active role in protecting Sanatana Dharma and Bharat Mata.

“If the judiciary continues to sleep, history will repeat itself. If it awakens, India will live forever.”

🇮🇳Jai Bharat, Vandematram 🇮🇳
