Every petition filed by Teesta Setalvad regarding Gujarat riots miraculously landed in Justice Aftab Alam’s bench in the Supreme Court. This was against the normal court roster procedure.

Justice M. B. Soni later revealed why this happened:

Orders were given to bypass the roster system.
The Supreme Court registrar was instructed from the top to ensure Setalvad’s petitions only went to Justice Alam.
Further investigation revealed shocking links:
Justice Alam’s daughter, Arusa Alam, was associated with Teesta Setalvad’s NGO Sabrang.
Kapil Sibal’s wife was also part of the same NGO.
Foreign funds were being pumped into these NGOs to destabilize Gujarat’s government.

👉 He compiled an 8,000-page analysis of judgments delivered by Justice Alam and others, exposing bias and manipulation.
👉 He stated openly that these individuals had “raped the judicial system” by misusing their power for political ends.
