Kejriwal’s Defeat: A Blow to Judiciary, Media, and Corruption

Arvind Kejriwal’s defeat is not just a political loss—it is a defeat for an entire system that included biased media, sections of the judiciary, and corruption networks.

1️⃣ A Slap on the Judiciary’s Bias

Kejriwal received special protection from certain judges in the Supreme Court and High Court, but now the truth has been exposed.
🔹 Justice Chandrachud attempted to create two power centers in Delhi under the pretext of a “democratically elected government.”
🔹 The issue of whether ED’s arrest of Kejriwal was valid was left to a three-judge bench, but for seven months, that bench was never formed!
🔹 In the CBI case, Justice Suryakant and Justice Ujjal Bhuiya granted bail, and Bhuiya’s ruling weakened the case against Kejriwal by stating that an accused cannot be compelled to testify against themselves—such a privilege was never given to anyone else!
🔹 Justice Sachin Datta of the Delhi High Court tried to prevent the CAG report from being presented in the Assembly, but ultimately, the report was made public.

2️⃣ CAG Report Exposes AAP’s Corruption

In the very first session of the Delhi Assembly, Speaker Rekha Gupta presented the CAG report, exposing the massive corruption under the AAP government.
21 AAP MLAs were suspended because they were afraid their corruption would be exposed.
Atishi, who now screams about an “elected government” being silenced, forgets how Vijender Gupta was thrown out by marshals under AAP rule.
The CAG report blackened the face of Kejriwal and AAP, but instead of addressing the corruption, they tried to shift the narrative to “insulting Baba Saheb Ambedkar.”

3️⃣ The Fall of AAP’s Corrupt Network

Kejriwal’s defeat is also the defeat of all those corrupt elements that thrived under AAP’s protection—
The Mohalla Clinic scam contractors
The water tanker mafia involved in corruption
The DTC bus scam and private school transport mafia charging ₹2000 per student
Wherever you look under AAP, scams and frauds emerge

4️⃣ The Fake Narrative of Bhagat Singh and Ambedkar’s Insult

Bhagat Singh’s statue in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, has been damaged for three years, yet Kejriwal’s government never repaired it. But today, they pretend to cry over Bhagat Singh’s legacy!
On January 26, Ambedkar’s statue was vandalized in Amritsar—who was in power in Punjab? AAP! Why was there no outrage then?

5️⃣ The Defeat of AAP = The Defeat of a Complicit Media

📢 The media that Kejriwal bought for ten years is now exposed.
📢 The media that ran his false propaganda is humiliated.
📢 The media that covered up his corruption has lost credibility.

6️⃣ INDIA Alliance and AIMPLB’s Prediction Came True

📌 AIMPLB spokesperson Sajjad Nomani had warned before the Maharashtra elections—”If we lose Maharashtra, we won’t win Delhi either.”
📌 That prediction has now come true. The INDIA alliance lost Maharashtra and now AAP has collapsed in Delhi.

7️⃣ A Documentary Called “Delhi Files” Should Be Made!

It is time to create a documentary called “Delhi Files” to reveal how—
Kejriwal misused power
He was protected by sections of the judiciary
AAP engaged in large-scale corruption and misled the public
The “democratically elected government” slogan was used to hold democracy hostage

The so-called “King of Delhi” has now lost his throne, and his empire has crumbled into dust!

🇳🇪 Jai Bharat, Vandematram🇳🇪
