Our country is a symbol of diversity, culture, and tolerance. However, history repeatedly teaches us that when a section of society becomes complacent and unorganized, others take advantage to suppress and destroy them. The decline of Hindus and other minorities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan is evidence of how hatred and extremism prey on peaceful communities.
Today, a similar situation is emerging in parts of India. Slowly, Hindus are becoming minorities in certain regions, leading to a silent wave of persecution. This persecution manifests in subtle yet impactful ways:
- Cultural and Religious Suppression: Questioning your festivals, mocking your traditions.
- Social Pressure: Creating an environment of noise, filth, and tension around your homes.
- Threats to Women’s Safety: Challenging the dignity and safety of your sisters and daughters.
- Economic Instability: Indirect attempts to seize businesses and properties.
All of this eventually forces Hindus to migrate. It is the same story that unfolded during the partition in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
What Must We Do?
Organize and Unite:
Hindus across all castes, regions, and languages must rise above differences and stand together. This is the time to demonstrate unity.
Preserve Your Culture:
Celebrate your festivals, traditions, and customs with pride. Instead of hiding or compromising, embrace them as symbols of your identity.
Increase Political and Social Participation:
Elect representatives who will protect your rights and interests at both local and national levels.
Spread Awareness and Education:
Educate those around you about the lessons of history. Help them understand the need for vigilance and awareness in these times.
Prepare for Self-Defense:
Be physically and mentally prepared to protect your family and community.
Role of Youth

Today, your role is decisive. You must not only be aware of your rights and responsibilities but also make those around you vigilant about this struggle.
