Madras High Court Exposed Congress Propaganda – A Big Victory for Indian Democracy

Unable to digest Narendra Modi and the BJP’s historic victory in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Congress spread a false narrative of “vote theft.” This was firmly rejected by the Madras High Court.

⚖ What Was the Case?

Congress-backed lawyer V. Venkata Sivakumar filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court.
He claimed large-scale irregularities in the 2024 voter list.
The PIL sought directions to the Election Commission to respond to Rahul Gandhi’s PowerPoint presentation dated August 7, 2025.
Rahul Gandhi had alleged that voter lists were tampered with and the Election Commission had failed to act.

The bench of Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Justice G. Arul Murugan declared the petition baseless and misleading.

The complaint was vague and general in nature.

As a result, Bharat was repeatedly weakened, and generations paid the price.

Before 2014, India was drifting toward Islamization and chaos. Modi’s leadership reversed this trend.
Shaheen Bagh Protests – Addressed patiently, but when violence continued, dealt with firmly.
Farmer Protests – Attempts to block the economy were handled with restraint and strategy.
Other Movements – At every step, the Modi government balanced patience with strength.
