Post-2024 Congress & Thugbandhan

Summary

  • After the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Congress celebrated its tally of 99 seats as if it marked a historic comeback.
  • However, the months that followed exposed a starkly different reality—continuous electoral defeats, erosion of public trust, allies distancing themselves, leadership paralysis, and a self-defeating reliance on fake narratives and propaganda wars on social media.
  • Ironically, this negativity has only strengthened the BJP, while the anti-national and anti-Hindu ecosystem grows increasingly shrill amid repeated failures.
  • The outcome: Congress sliding steadily toward political irrelevance.

Illusions of Celebration, Ground Reality, and Political Decline

1. The Mirage of 99 Seats: Celebration vs. Reality

  • The moment Congress touched 99 seats in 2024, party leaders and loyalists projected it as a “return to relevance.”
  • TV studios and social media amplified triumphalism—suggesting a regime change was imminent.
  • In truth, the celebration was built on illusion, not grassroots acceptance.

Once the election season ended, reality dismantled the narrative.

2. Post-Lok Sabha Reality: A Chain of Defeats

  • Haryana: Voters rejected hollow promises.
  • Delhi: Congress virtually wiped out.
  • Maharashtra: Organisational weakness laid bare.
  • Bihar: Credibility collapsed; reduced to a token ally.
  • Mumbai (BMC): Near-total rout—existence questioned.

Conclusion: These losses weren’t accidental; they reflected a collapse of credibility.

3. Thugbandhan’s Trust Deficit

  • Jammu & Kashmir: Omar Abdullah showed Congress the door.
  • Bihar: Tejashwi Yadav sidelined Congress.
  • Jharkhand: Hemant Soren keeps a growing distance.
  • Tamil Nadu: Stalin publicly reminded Congress of its “place.”

Regional parties increasingly view Congress as a liability, not a leader.

4. Fake Narratives & Social Media Wars: A Self-Inflicted Wound

Overreliance on:

  • False claims,
  • Half-truths,
  • Self-styled propaganda gangs.

Congress and Thugbandhan fail to accept a basic truth:

  • Repeated fake narratives destroy public confidence.
  • Negativity without credibility accelerates irrelevance.

Irony: This strategy ends up helping the BJP, as voters now identify and reject propaganda

5. Leaders Jumping Ship: Saving Their Future

  • Many of Congress’s capable, grassroots leaders are deserting the sinking ship.

Reasons include:

  • Absence of credible leadership,
  • Organisational chaos,
  • No ideological clarity.

The exodus signals that even insiders don’t trust the party’s future.

6. Chaos Even Where Congress Rules

Himachal Pradesh:

  • Government survives on crutches.

Karnataka:

  • Factionalism,
  • Open clashes,
  • Leadership crisis.

This proves the problem isn’t opposition—it’s leadership failure and ideological bankruptcy

7. The Anti-National, Anti-Hindu Ecosystem in Panic Mode

  • Repeated electoral defeats have triggered frustration.

Result:

  • Louder noise,
  • Harsher attacks on the government, Hindu society, and Sanatana Dharma.

Cause:

  • Stability and progress under the Modi government,
  • Rising nationalist and cultural consciousness.

As defeat mounts, the barking grows louder—but credibility shrinks.

8. The “Rahul Model” of Leadership

During crises:

  • Brief election-time visits,
  • Ticket distribution,
  • Token campaigning,
  • Then another foreign tour.

Loyalists still hope that “one day the bull will give milk.”

  • Meanwhile, workers on the ground remain directionless and demoralised.

9. Mumbai (BMC) Victory: A Clear Signal

This wasn’t just an electoral win:

  • It was awareness defeating fake narratives,
  • Truth prevailing over propaganda,
  • And a reaffirmation of Sanatana consciousness.

The public has moved beyond emotional manipulation toward development, security, and cultural self-respect.

10. The Road Ahead

Congress and Thugbandhan face a structural crisis unless they:

  • Reform leadership,
  • Reconnect genuinely with people,
  • Abandon fake narratives and propaganda wars.

Otherwise, every election is pushing them further toward political irrelevance.

We have undertaken a focused initiative to raise awareness among Hindus regarding the challenges currently confronting us as a community, our Hindu religion, and our Hindu nation, and to deeply understand the potential consequences of these issues. Through this awareness, Hindus will come to realize the underlying causes of these problems, identify the factors and entities contributing to them, and explore the solutions available. Equally essential, they will learn the critical role they can play in actively addressing these challenges
