In an 85-page affidavit presented to the Delhi High Court, Yasin Malik claimed:

Trip to Pakistan in 2006: He was sent to meet Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan, and this visit was allegedly directed by the then Congress leadership – Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi, and Rahul Gandhi.
Link to the Mumbai Attacks: According to Malik, Hafiz Saeed was the mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai attacks, but the “architect” role in orchestrating the attacks was played by Digvijay Singh, and the main goal was to defame Hindus.
Role of the Prime Minister: Malik stated that Manmohan Singh was fully aware of this operation and even thanked him for it, calling him the ‘nonviolent father’ of the Kashmir movement.

Global Leadership:
