seemapuri journalist attack: a wake-up call

Journalism Under Attack, Nation at Risk: The Seemapuri Incident Is a Dire Warning.

Seemapuri journalist attack on July 4 exposed brutal Islamist violence during a routine news report in Delhi.

  • Two journalists — Supriya Pathak and her cameraman Shyam, working for All India News — were brutally assaulted, dragged, robbed, and nearly lynched in broad daylight.
  • Their only crime? Investigating encroachments allegedly involving illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya settlers near a mosque.

🚨 A Pre-Meditated, Targeted Attack

This wasn’t spontaneous unrest. It was a calculated assault on truth, on journalism, and on national interest:

  • The attackers included burqa-clad women, teenage boys, and radicalized men, many of whom used belts, stones, sticks, and their bare hands to beat the journalists.
  • Supriya was dragged by the hair, beaten to the ground, and left with a broken leg and multiple injuries. Shyam was punched in the face, kicked repeatedly, and robbed of all his equipment.
  • They tried to flee inside a DTC public bus, but the mob chased, surrounded, and vandalized the bus, eventually pulling the journalists out again. The bus driver showed no courage or concern.
  • The crowd shouted anti-Hindu slogans, made communal threats, and allegedly warned them not to report on “Muslim settlements.”

This was not just an attack on two individuals — it was a message to every nationalist voice, every Hindu, and every independent journalist in this country: “Stay silent, or we will silence you.”

🧨 The Ecosystem Behind the Violence

  • What we witnessed in Seemapuri is not isolated — it is the symptom of a growing jihadist and vote-bank ecosystem thriving in the shadows of political protection:
  • These illegal settlements — often housing Rohingyas and Bangladeshi migrants — are not just slums. They are dens of radicalization, built illegally on government land, and shielded by political parties for Muslim vote-banks.
  • There is an entire network of Islamists, NGOs, and media apologists who justify or downplay such violence while criminalizing those who expose it.
  • Police are either complicit, afraid, or paralyzed — no FIR, no arrests, no accountability. In fact, reports claim that the victims are being harassed, while the perpetrators roam free.

🔥 Why This Should Terrify Every Indian

  • Journalists beaten for exposing illegal settlements.
  • Police inaction encourages mob rule.
  • Radicals emboldened by political silence.
  • Religious identity becoming a weapon.

If this can happen in Delhi — in the nation’s capital — under the nose of state and central authorities, imagine what’s happening in smaller towns, border districts, and vulnerable villages across India.

⚠️ A Pattern of Targeting Hindus and Silencing Nationalists

This isn’t the first time Islamist mobs have attacked journalists or Hindus:

  • Islamist mobs have assaulted reporters multiple times in Muslim-dominated areas simply for doing their job.
  • Media and activists constantly demonize Hindu voices as ‘communal’ while portraying Islamists as victims.
  • The leftist-liberal ecosystem, rather than defending Supriya, has largely remained silent, exposing their hypocrisy.

Where is the Editors Guild of India now? Where are the human rights organizations, foreign media houses, and “award wapsi” gang?

🛡️ What Needs to Happen NOW

  • Immediate arrests of every identified attacker using video evidence.
  • A full criminal investigation into illegal land occupation and foreign infiltrators in Seemapuri.
  • Enforce strict border control and NRC in vulnerable regions.
  • Introduce laws protecting journalists reporting on national interest, especially from radical areas.
  • Take action against police officers who refused to register FIRs or protect the victims.

📢 This Is More Than a News Story — It’s a Wake-Up Call

  • If we ignore this incident, we normalize mob justice, Islamist aggression, and anti-Hindu sentiment. We give radicals the confidence to attack again — harder, bloodier, and bolder.
  • The Hindu society must now unite, organize, and rise — through legal, political, and civil means. Silence is no longer neutrality — it is surrender.

🚩 Message:

  • This is not just about two journalists. This is about YOU.
  • This is about whether your daughters can walk safely.
  • Whether your temples will remain standing.
  • Whether your nation will remain free — or fall into the hands of jihadists empowered by appeasement politics.

If we do not act today — tomorrow will be too late.

🇮🇳Jai Bharat, Vandematram 🇮🇳

We have undertaken a focused initiative to raise awareness among Hindus regarding the challenges currently confronting us as a community, our Hindu religion, and our Hindu nation, and to deeply understand the potential consequences of these issues. Through this awareness, Hindus will come to realize the underlying causes of these problems, identify the factors and entities contributing to them, and explore the solutions available. Equally essential, they will learn the critical role they can play in actively addressing these challenges
