Sooge to Maroge, Batoge to Katoge The present challanges for Hindus in India

India, considered the heritage of Hindu civilization, is facing many internal and external challenges today. The primary reason behind these challenges is the social, political, and cultural weakening and division within the Hindu society. A lack of unity within the Hindu community and the inability to effectively counter external forces has become the biggest threat to us. In the current context, the saying “If you sleep, you will die, if you divide, you will be destroyed” fits perfectly. The meaning is clear—if we do not become aware and united, we will not be able to protect our culture, religion, and nation.

Analysis of the Current Situation

There are several crises visible in the Hindu society in India today:

  1. Religious Intolerance and Extremism
In certain regions of India, the Hindu community is being targeted by religiously extremist forces. Hindus in regions like West Bengal, Kerala, and Kashmir have faced political and religious violence. These incidents are not just limited to physical violence but also appear as cultural invasions, where the Hindu religious identity is being weakened.
  2. The Growing Threat of Religious Conversion
Various organizations are targeting the Hindu community, especially in weaker sections and tribal areas, for religious conversion. Taking advantage of economic, social, and political instability, these communities are being forced into conversion, increasing division within the Hindu society.
  3. Political Conspiracy and Divisive Politics
Opposition parties and some external elements are dividing the Hindu society in the name of caste, community, and region. Their goal is to break Hindu unity and split votes, thereby strengthening their political power. When the Hindu community remains divided, those forces that wish to weaken Hindutva and the nation take advantage.

If You Sleep, You Will Die: The Danger of Inaction

If the Hindu society remains inactive and ignores these issues, the consequences will be severe. “If you sleep”—that is, if we do not wake up to these dangers, we will lose our identity and existence. History has shown us multiple times that the lack of action and unity has caused Hindu society to suffer great losses.
Example:

Exodus of Kashmiri Pandits—Kashmiri Hindus were driven out of their homes by extremist forces in 1990, and to this day, they remain refugees in their own homeland.

Moplah Massacre (1921)—Thousands of Hindus were killed and forcibly converted by Islamic extremists in Kerala, yet this has not received significant national attention.

If this inaction continues, the consequences in the future could be even more dire.

If You Divide, You Will Be Destroyed: The Cost of Division

“If you divide”—that is, if we remain divided in the name of caste, community, language, and region, no one can save us from being destroyed. Today, divisions within the Hindu society run deep.
Examples:

Caste-based Politics: Opposition parties often use caste-based politics to divide the Hindu society. As a result, Hindu votes get split, and political forces that oppose Hindutva come into power.

Religious Disparities: Religious disparities and conflicts between various sects and traditions within Hindu society have weakened our unity.

If we do not resolve these divisions, the future of the Hindu society will be bleak, and we will become politically, culturally, and religiously weaker.

Action Plan: Solutions Through Unity and Awareness

  1. Religious and Cultural Awareness:
Organize programs at local and national levels to spread religious and cultural awareness within every section of Hindu society. This will increase pride and awareness of one’s religious identity.
  2. Vote Bank Unity:
Hindus must rise above divisions of caste, language, and region and vote together. If we increase our voting percentage to 90% and vote in one direction, our political power will multiply.
  3. Initiatives to Stop Conversion:
Implement education, employment, and social empowerment programs in rural and tribal areas to stop religious conversions. Along with this, ensure strict enforcement of anti-conversion laws.
  4. Media and Outreach:
Use media and social media to prominently raise issues related to the Hindu community. Every Hindu must understand that we must not fall prey to any political or religious conspiracy.
  5. Teaching Unity in Education:
Through schools, colleges, and social organizations, teach lessons on unity and awareness toward Hinduism. This will unite and make the new generation more conscious.
  6. Formation of Volunteer Organizations:
Form volunteer organizations at national and local levels to work for the protection and development of Hindu society.

Final Message: Unity is the Only Solution

We must deeply understand the meaning of “If you sleep, you will die; if you divide, you will be destroyed.” Now is the time for Hindu society to become conscious and united. If we do not organize in time, we will meet the same fate as our ancestors. We must unite and take every possible step to protect our religion, culture, and nation.

Jai Hind! Jai Hindutva!!

We have undertaken a focused initiative to raise awareness among Hindus regarding the challenges currently confronting us as a community, our Hindu religion, and our Hindu nation, and to deeply understand the potential consequences of these issues. Through this awareness, Hindus will come to realize the underlying causes of these problems, identify the factors and entities contributing to them, and explore the solutions available. Equally essential, they will learn the critical role they can play in actively addressing these challenges
