NRC, CAA, Waqf Act

Strategy for implementation on NRC, CAA, Waqf Act

The successful implementation of NRC (National Register of Citizens), CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), Waqf Act reforms, and other Hindutva-driven policies at the state level requires strong political will, administrative efficiency, and coordinated efforts. States ruled by the BJP must follow the models of Uttar Pradesh (UP), Assam, and Madhya Pradesh (MP) to ensure effective implementation.

Key Steps for BJP-Ruled States

1. Strong Political Leadership and Governance

  • Follow Yogi Adityanath’s governance model in UP, which focuses on strict law enforcement, quick decision-making, and zero tolerance for illegal activities.
  • Ensure that state BJP leaders actively advocate for Hindutva issues, push for their implementation, and counter opposition propaganda.
  • Use state legislature to pass resolutions in support of NRC, CAA, and Waqf Act amendments.

2. Implement NRC and CAA with Full Force

  • Assam Model for NRC:
  • Conduct state-wide surveys to identify illegal immigrants.
  • Implement strict border control measures to prevent illegal entry.
  • Use biometric identification and Aadhaar linking to track citizenship records.
  • UP Model for CAA:
    • Proactively grant citizenship to persecuted Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, and Christians from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan.
    • Set up dedicated task forces to expedite CAA applications.

3. Waqf Act Reforms and Land Encroachment Action

  • Follow MP Model where encroachments on Hindu religious lands and illegally acquired Waqf properties are being investigated.
  • Conduct state-level land audits to reclaim encroached temple lands.
  • Abolish the privileges granted to Waqf boards, ensuring equal treatment under the law.
  • Introduce stringent laws to prevent illegal Waqf land acquisition and misuse.

4. Stringent Action Against Radicalization and Anti-National Activities

  • UP Model of Law Enforcement:
  • Establish anti-terrorism squads to monitor and act against radical Islamist organizations.
  • Use NSA (National Security Act) and UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) to crack down on terror funding and sleeper cells.
  • Implement bulldozer justice against illegal encroachments by extremist groups.
  • De-radicalization Programs:
    • Promote awareness campaigns in schools and colleges.
    • Encourage Hindutva-based education to counter fundamentalist narratives.

5. Protecting Hindu Rights and Promoting Cultural Renaissance

  • Implement UP’s Love Jihad Law in all BJP-ruled states to prevent religious conversions through fraud or coercion.
  • Promote Sanatan Dharma education by incorporating Hindu scriptures, moral values, and ethics into school curricula.
  • Increase state funding for temple restoration, Dharmic research institutes, and Hindu pilgrimage centers.

6. Building a Unified Hindu Vote Bank

  • Ensure caste-based unity among Hindus to prevent vote division.
  • Strengthen Hindu nationalist movements at the grassroots level.
  • BJP-ruled states should work in coordination to implement these policies uniformly across India.

If all BJP-ruled states implement these measures, it will create a unified governance model that strengthens the Hindutva agenda, protects national security, and safeguards Hindu interests. By following the UP, Assam, Uttrakhand and MP models, other states can ensure:
Effective implementation of NRC and CAA
End of illegal land encroachments by Waqf boards
Strict action against radicalization and terrorism
Preservation of Hindu culture and traditions

We have undertaken a focused initiative to raise awareness among Hindus regarding the challenges currently confronting us as a community, our Hindu religion, and our Hindu nation, and to deeply understand the potential consequences of these issues. Through this awareness, Hindus will come to realize the underlying causes of these problems, identify the factors and entities contributing to them, and explore the solutions available. Equally essential, they will learn the critical role they can play in actively addressing these challenges
