What we are witnessing today in Birbhumi, West Bengal, is not an isolated incident. It is a part of a systematic assault on Sanatan Dharma and Hindu identity under the garb of law, secularism, and governance.
A Hindu man brutally beaten—not by rioters or street thugs, but by the very police force that swore to protect him.
And who are these officers?
- SP Nishat Parvez
- ADSP Farhat Abbas
Their only justification for this brutality:
The victim organized a peaceful Prabhat Pheri (morning procession) on Hanuman Jayanti—a sacred Hindu festival. This is not law enforcement.
This is selective suppression.
Ideologically driven policing, supported by a government that has turned Bengal into a ticking time bomb of appeasement, communal divide, and fear.
⚠️ When the Protectors Become Persecutors
In the last few years, there has been a massive, deliberate recruitment of Muslim officers into the West Bengal Police, especially under Mamata Banerjee’s regime.
While recruitment in a democracy should be inclusive, the concern arises when this inclusivity becomes imbalanced and begins to threaten the majority, particularly when that majority is being selectively targeted for merely practicing its age-old culture and festivals. Isn’t it ironic that in a land where the majority religion built the civilization, its people now have to seek permission to exist peacefully?
🧑⚖️ Where is the Judiciary Now? Why the Deafening Silence?
- When Manipur burned, the Supreme Court took suo motu cognizance, issuing immediate notices, and media houses ran relentless coverage.
- But today, Bengal is burning—
Temples vandalized,
Hindus beaten,
Processions stopped,
Children traumatized. - And yet, the Supreme Court is silent.
- This is not just hypocrisy.
This is a fatal crack in the pillar of justice.
As senior advocate and Rajya Sabha MP Manan Kumar Mishra boldly asked:
“Why is the Supreme Court silent when Hindus in Bengal are being lynched? Why is Murshidabad’s violence ignored?”
We demand equal justice—not selective justice based on political agendas and media pressure.
🧨 The Root of the Problem: Vote Bank Politics Disguised as Social Justice
The reservation system was introduced after independence to uplift the historically backward classes—and rightly so.
It was meant to create equality of opportunity, not equality of outcome, and was to last for a limited time.
But what do we see now?
- Permanent appeasement
- Caste-based division
- Relaxation of merit-based criteria
- Exploitation of reservation as a vote bank strategy
Instead of helping economically poor students of all castes, the system rewards mediocrity over merit,
resulting in underqualified professionals in key sectors—education, medicine, engineering, civil services.
This is not just unfair to meritorious youth; it is dangerous for the future of India.
🧠 The Sanatani Needs to Wake Up – From Apathetic Slumber
What makes the situation worse is our own indifference and division.
Whenever a Sanatani organization calls for a gathering, only a handful of people show up.
Why?
Because the rest are too busy, too lazy, or believe that someone else will go.
- “Let Sharma ji go… He’s a businessman.”
- “Saxena ji is unemployed—he can spare the time.”
- “My one absence won’t change anything.”
This mindset is our biggest enemy.
This is how we lost our temples.
This is how we lost our kingdoms.
And if this continues, we will lose our Dharma too.
A Veteran’s Plea: Unite for Dharma Before It’s Too Late
This is the heartfelt appeal of an ex-serviceman, not as a soldier, but as a Sanatani brother—
- Brothers and sisters,
The time for excuses is over.
The time for collective awakening has arrived. - We don’t need to engage in violence.
We don’t need to burn cities.
All we need is to gather peacefully,
Raise our voices together,
Show our strength in numbers.
That alone is enough to send fear down the spines of those who mock and hurt us.
🚩 What Should Be Our Action Plan?
- Stand up in solidarity when Sanatan is insulted
- Join every Sanatani call-to-action, even if inconvenient
- Support legal efforts to bring justice in Bengal and elsewhere
- Challenge media bias through independent platforms
- Educate others on the dangers of judicial and political silence
- Vote as a united Hindu force—beyond caste, region, or language
🔱 Sanatan Dharma Will Not Be Defeated – If We Defend It Together
We are not cowards.
But we are descendants of Shivaji, Maharana Pratap, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Guru Gobind Singh, and countless other warriors who stood for Dharma, truth, and justice.
We don’t need weapons, just need willpower, unity, and unwavering commitment to our Dharma.
Let Bengal be the turning point.
Let Birbhum’s cry reach every village, every temple, every heart.
“The crow’s courage ends when the lion awakens.
Today, we don’t need more lions.
We just need to stop behaving like sleeping sheep.”
Jai Sanatan | Jai Bharat | Jai Dharma.
