Our country has faced innumerable challenges, yet many of these struggles have gone unnoticed, their consequences largely ignored. Let’s pause for a moment and reflect on these silent wounds in our nation’s history:
The partition of our nation in 1947 – a wound that should have been heard across every corner of our land, but somehow, there was silence.
The loss of half of Kashmir to foreign forces – not a word of protest from anywhere.
The annexation of Tibet – no revolution, no outcry.
The Emergency, Tashkent Agreement, Shimla Accord, Sindhu River Agreement – all left lasting scars, yet no one raised their voice.
Scandals like 2G Spectrum, Coal Scam, Commonwealth Games, Augusta Westland, and Bofors – all stains on our nation’s integrity, but the silence was deafening.
The granting of veto power to China – not even a single protest or halted train.
And amidst all this, what do we see?
The untimely loss of leaders like Lal Bahadur Shastri – no candlelight vigil, no CBI inquiry demands.
The brutal killings of leaders like Madhav Rao and Rajesh Pilot – and still, no change.
But, as soon as there is a call to stop cow slaughter, a wave of unrest spreads.
The implementation of the national anthem becomes mandatory, and the outcry is immediate.
When asked to say “Vande Mataram” or “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” tongues seem to freeze.
A transformation like demonetization or the introduction of GST leads to nationwide protests and chaos.
Suddenly, there’s a rush to undermine Aadhaar, a system designed to bring transparency.
And what about our own people, the Kashmiri Pandits?
When they were forcibly displaced from their homes, no one cared.
But when the issue of Rohingya Muslims arises, there’s an outpouring of sympathy.
What does this all tell us?
As someone once said,
“Poisonous snakes have bitten the nation,
The lamps that should have lit the house,
Set it on fire instead.”
It’s time to seriously think about the direction our country is heading in.
The Congress and Its Legacy
Congress, through its decisions, has made the Hindu community weak, silent, and unaware of its own history. While a single stone on a church window or color on a mosque gets hours of media coverage, the forced closure of 50,000 Hindu temples across Kashmir remains unnoticed. Fifty thousand temples, shut down, erased from existence. Did anyone hear about this? Did anyone protest?
The truth is, Hindus were forced out of Kashmir, their identity and religion were systematically wiped out from the region. This was a grand conspiracy to erase an entire faith and community from the valley, and yet, most of us never knew.
Had the Modi government not come to power, would anyone have known about the destruction of temples in Kashmir? Would the story have even been told?
Why didn’t left-wing journalists, Muslim intellectuals, or the Congress bring this to light? They preferred to keep the truth buried, allowing generations of Hindus to remain ignorant of their own history.
This is the achievement of Congress, the strategic silence of left-wing journalists, and the clever manipulation by Muslim intellectuals to keep the average Hindu unaware of their own roots and the sacrifices made by their forefathers.
A Wake-Up Call
It feels as though the entire universe has conspired in such a subtle way that we didn’t even notice the attack on our very existence. Our history, culture, and religion have been deliberately silenced. We must rise above the silence and acknowledge what has been done to our nation, our identity, and our culture.
The time has come to reclaim our history, our voice, and our nation. We must wake up to the truth and protect our legacy. We owe it to ourselves, to our children, and to the generations that follow.
Let’s unite for the preservation of our culture, our history, and the future of our beloved nation.
