Advertising-Funded Media and Fake Votes

From Advertising-Funded Media to the Outcry Over Fake Votes, the Entire Ecosystem Is in Turmoil!

Summary

  • The spectacle being orchestrated in the country today is not a normal democratic protest, but rather the open panic of a frustrated, directionless, and exposed political-media syndicate.
  • When there are no solid development issues left to capture public support, and the transparent processes of the Election Commission have stripped away the crutch of fake, dead, and duplicate voters, attacking the credibility of constitutional institutions becomes the only remaining option.
  • This detailed analysis exposes the entire script, which includes media organizations thriving on advertisements, political leaders, judges violating judicial decorum, and NGOs surviving on foreign funds.
  • Facts clearly establish that 13 crore voter names were not ‘deleted’, but rather marked as suspicious entries in the draft list, and this voter purification process has been legally running since 1952.

Exposing Toolkit 2.0

Chapter 1: Chronology of the Drama and the Role of Media

  • A fabricated and sensationalist report regarding a massive clash and rebellion between the Chief Election Commissioner and other election commissioners was planted through ‘sources’ in ‘The Indian Express’ newspaper.
  • Having internal discussions and differences on administrative files or procedures within any multi-member constitutional commission is a natural process, but it was given the explosive color of a ‘rebellion’ to spin a planned narrative. This newspaper has been running on the charity of advertisements from opposition-ruled states and had also floated a fake rumor of a ‘military coup’ in 2012.
  • Based on this advertisement-fueled false spark, Rahul Gandhi marched to Nirvachan Sadan with his entire entourage and falsely claimed, while beating his chest, that 13 crore voter names had been deleted through the Special Intensive Revision process to steal votes. Marching into a high-security zone with a crowd without any prior formal appointment or permission was merely a stunt to disrupt law and order.

Chapter 2: The Truth of the SIR Process and Statistics

  • The official and factual data of suspicious names marked by the Election Commission during the voter list purification is as follows:
    • 2.8 crore dead voters: Individuals who had passed away, and whose names were duly verified through death registers of municipal bodies/panchayats and BLOs.
    • 6.3 crore shifted voters: Individuals who had migrated from their native villages decades ago due to employment or marriage and were registered at two to three places.
    • 1.0 crore duplicate entries: Caught by modern software under demographic and photo-similar categories.
    • 3.0 crore absent people: Individuals who were completely missing from their addresses during door-to-door physical verification and did not show up even after notices were pasted.
    • Total (Draft Stage): 13.1 crore suspicious entries, which are not finally deleted numbers but part of the draft list.
  • This intensive revision process is not a new arrangement today; it began in 1952 under the tenure of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and is completely legal under the provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1950. Door-to-door verification via Form-7 and providing copies to Booth Level Agents of political parties certify its high transparency.

Chapter 3: Shifting Goalposts and the End of the EVM Drama

  • When the country’s apex court in April 2024 dismissed all petitions regarding VVPAT verification and put its final stamp of approval on the fairness and reliability of EVMs, their old drama came to an end, and overnight their toolkit page shifted to the ‘voter list’.
  • Their double standard is that when they form governments in Karnataka, Telangana, or Himachal Pradesh using those same EVMs and voter lists, democracy appears completely safe to them; but wherever the public rejects them, they rush to blacken the face of the Election Commission.

Chapter 4: Judicial Decorum and Controversial Statements

  • During this entire conspiracy, a sitting judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, completely threw judicial decorum to the wind and made controversial remarks on this sub-judice political issue from the stage of NALSAR University in Hyderabad.
  • Legal experts believe that such statements by a sitting judge run contrary to the established principles of judicial independence. Notably, his father had served as the Advocate General during the Congress government in Assam, and his own appointment also took place during the tenure of the previous central Congress government.

Chapter 5: NGO Network and Retired Courtiers

  • Former bureaucrats like former Home Secretary G.K. Pillai and Najeeb Jang were not far behind in performing a ridiculous drama of a so-called ‘People’s Impeachment’ outside the Election Commission.
  • Suspicious NGOs like Teesta Setalvad and her ‘Sabrang Trust’—whose Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) license was earlier canceled by the Ministry of Home Affairs due to embezzlement of foreign funds and rule violations—are active behind this entire game. The country’s top court has also noted in their petitions that they abused the legal process for their vested interests.

Chapter 6: Modi Government 3.0 and Conclusion

  • This entire fuss is being created solely to distract public attention from the historic decisions of Modi Government 3.0—such as free health coverage for senior citizens under Ayushman Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, Unified Pension Scheme, and record defense exports.
  • Transparent processes like SIR by the Election Commission do not weaken democracy but make it stronger. Today, the aware public of India relies entirely on factual processes and constitutional institutions rather than falling prey to emotional narratives and media trials.
